5-1/2" x 8-1/2" [5" x 7" Image Area] Uni-Ball Pen and Watercolors on Comic Art Board. Probably the turning point to all Watercolor coloring. Computer Color is a chore with lackluster results, and Markers lack a range of very light colors and the the very dark colors don't blend into a solid tone very well.
I've always marveled at the offbeat watercolors of Jack Kirby, Barry Windsor-Smith, Mike Oeming and Jack Davis.

I had no context before for this peice when I saw it at PJ. Looking at your gallery, now I can see what you're doing, and I appreciate this peice more. I wonder if you, like me, find the PJ community to be a little rigid about sticking "on model"?
